Hot Thirst

Color 3 (Thirst) focuses on the thermal side of digestion: temperature and fluids matter.
With Hot Thirst (left-facing), the body often prefers warm intake—warm drinks, warmed food, and a general sense that temperature supports extraction and assimilation.

This is not about “spicy” or “hot foods” as a trend; it’s about thermal conditions. When temperature is correct, many people report smoother digestion and clearer cognition. Thirst also reminds us that hydration (in the right form) is part of the design.

On the information level, “hot” can translate into learning best when there’s active engagement—a warmed-up nervous system, not cold detachment.
