High Sound

Color 5 (Sound) is about the acoustic conditions that support digestion.
With High Sound (left-facing), the system often benefits from auditory stimulation: background music, a restaurant hum, conversation, or other pleasant noise.

The key word is pleasant. High Sound isn’t “any noise”; it’s the right kind of sound that supports the body. When the ears are satisfied, digestion and attention can be steadier.

Information digestion often follows: you may concentrate better with music or ambient sound, and worse in dead-silent spaces that make the mind restless.
