The middle of the arc is patient experimentation with auditory field, noise, quiet, and the way sound affects digestion. The practice is to choose one repeatable support and watch whether the body relaxes without becoming obsessive. The gift becomes sound-aware care that protects the nervous system, and the highest expression is that gift surrendered to love and service.
