Paul Westphal was an NBA guard who became a multiple-time All-Star and a central figure in the Phoenix Suns’ high-powered offenses of the late 1970s. He also won an NBA championship with the Boston Celtics early in his career. After retiring as a player, Westphal coached in the NBA and led the Suns to the 1993 Finals as a head coach.
