Frequently asked questions
Charts, lenses, constellations, and where the numbers come from.
What is a lens?
A lens is a teacher’s way of interpreting and explaining Human Design. Divine Design is available now; Reconstructed Traditional is planned. Your calculated chart stays the same. Learn about lenses.
Can I save charts for other people?
Yes. Add charts for friends, family or clients to My Constellation, and organize them into clusters. Sign in to save them to your account. Without signing in, charts stay in this browser.
What if I don’t know the birth time?
Choose unknown birth time when adding a chart. HD Universe explores possibilities throughout the birth day and distinguishes patterns that remain consistent from those that can change with the time.
How are planetary positions calculated?
HD Universe uses Swiss Ephemeris to calculate planetary positions, then maps those positions to Human Design gates and lines.
