Saturn
In Human Design, Saturn is best understood as discipline and limitation. Whatever is left unattended tends to show up as burdens or constraints until you accept your obligations.
Saturn also supports: when you meet responsibility, it provides structure so you can accomplish your purpose. Saturn’s first major cycle is around ages 29–31, marking the beginning of adulthood and a shift toward real consequences.
Saturn transits are slow and unmistakable. They often feel like deadlines, tests, and “reality checks” in the Gate theme being activated.
Used well, Saturn transits are clarifying: they reveal what is sustainable. They can prune what is not correct and fortify what is.
Personality Saturn can feel like conscious responsibility and rules you recognize. Design Saturn can show up as the body’s limits and the long-term lessons that shape you regardless of your opinions.
