Line 3

Line 3 is the energy of experiment: the part of a pattern that learns by meeting life directly. In traditional Human Design, this line is often linked with trial and error; another way to hold it is as a relationship with embodied discovery. When Line 3 is active in a chart, the invitation is not to treat every collision as failure, but to let experience become truth tested in the body. The shadow is self-condemnation after things break; the gift is resilient wisdom that knows what works because it has touched what does not.
