Another way to hold it is that the number stays the title and that old name becomes a doorway. What you carry here is a felt yes: agreement that rises from the body, not one the mind argues into place. It begins as availability — a readiness to give yourself over — and carries a quiet pressure to persevere once the body has agreed. The vulnerability is real: a yes given fully can be given carelessly, and following through can curdle into being stuck. The work is learning which yes is genuinely yours, then giving that one everything.
