The shadow is commitment without response—saying yes from the mind, then paying for it with frustration and burnout.
With an undefined Sacral, you do not have consistent access to sustainable work energy. You can experience highs of energy around others and then need deep recovery.
The trap is overworking to keep up with sacral beings, or not knowing when enough is enough—especially around commitments, sex, or labor.
