Sacral Authority is a way of deciding, not a personality — and the decider isn't your head, it's your gut. The body knows before the mind does, and it answers only what's actually in front of it: a felt opening that means yes, a contracting that means no, often carried on a sound like "uh-huh" or "uh-uh." This signal lives in the present moment, so the truth is true now and can be re-asked later if the situation shifts. The work is to put real, concrete questions to the body and let it respond — then trust that response over whatever clever case the mind builds against it. The gut takes the chair on these calls; the mind stays on as witness and translator, never the one banging the gavel.
