Awareness authority decides through the body's oldest sense — a quiet, instant knowing that lives in your defined Awareness Center (the Spleen), the ancient survival radar that kept your ancestors alive long before logic existed. Its whole teaching is the opposite of waiting it out: there is truth in the now. A soft flicker of yes, no, or not yet rises in the moment — and then it's gone. It speaks once, won't repeat, and won't argue its case, which is exactly why it's so easy to talk yourself out of. The practice is simple and lifelong: catch the first signal before the mind reasons it away. Trust the whisper, not the courtroom of second-guessing that follows. Soft doesn't mean unimportant here — soft means trustworthy.
